if pokemon was a college major
I used this as a sample template/base so it's pretty similar /shot www.columbia.edu/cu/biology/pages/undergrad/cur/majors/biomajor.html
Historical evolution is like how evolution in the real world works for animals, like adapting to the enviroment, metamorphic evolution is how it is in the game, changing based on level/items/trading/etc
I. Required Pokelogy Courses
Two introductory pokelogy courses:
-Introductory Pokelogy I: Biochemistry, Genetics & Molecular pokelogy or ENVB 2001 - Environmental Pokeology & Historical Evolution
-Introductory Pokelogy II: Cell Pokelogy, Development & Physiology
Three lecture courses from this list of core courses
-Developmental Pokeology and Metamorphic Evolution
-Mega Evolution & Mega Stones
-Base Stats and EVs
-Genetics
-Cell Pokeology
-Biochemistry
-Molecular pokelogy
One of the following 4 options to fulfill the lab requirement:
Option 1: A 5-point pokelogy lab. Current offerings are:
-Project laboratory in protein biochemistry
-Project laboratory in micropokelogy
-Project laboratory in molecular genetics
Option 2: Two semesters of Independent research in the same lab + 1 semester of Pokelogical Research Skills (recommended and if offered)
Option 3: One summer of HM03 program is sufficient to fulfill the poke lab requirement for the poke major.
Option 4: Contemporary pokelogy laboratory and one of the following
-Introduction to pokemom structure and function
-Lab in Developmental Pokeology and Metamorphic Evolution
-Lab in Mega Evolution & Mega Stones
Two additional lecture courses for 3 or more pts of the following.
-Introduction to Pokemon Structure & Function
-Neuropokeology I: Cellular & Molecular Neuropokeology
-Neuropokeology II: Development, Metamorphic Evolution & Systems
-Physiology
-Mega Evolution & Mega Stones
-Genetics
-Base Stats and EVs
-Cell Pokelogy
-Stem Cells: Pokelogy, Ethics and Applications
-Introduction to Historical Evolutionary Pokelogy
-Virology
-Readings in Cell Pokelogy
-The Cellular Physiology of disease
-Pokemon Behavior
-Pokemon Natures, IVs, and Genetics
-Molecular Systems Pokelogy I
-Advanced seminar in Pokebiology
-Advanced Topics in Cell Pokelogy
-Chemical Genomics
-Pokemon Battling
Professors: Prof. Sycamore, Prof. Scruffy Doom, Prof. Mazz Yew, Prof. Devery Dolphin, Prof. Liz Noctowlin, Prof. Zac Wiggletuff, Prof. Caswell Casnotwell.
