every other day with some exceptions
-regular weight lifts: ? ? ? sets of 10 reps for each arm -overhead extensions: ? ? ? sets of 5-10 reps for each arm -16 lunges -weight pulls (idk what they're actually called): ? ? ? at lv. 3 -sometimes 10-20 situps
